Technical Product Training

Hundreds of presentations were developed each year for Infineon’s technical product training university. These 10-20 minute technical training modules were suitable for both internal and external product training, including information such as product specifications, technical overview, key features, block diagrams, applications, roadmaps, and support material availability.

The Smith Chart

The Smith Chart was part of the Hitachi’s emerging corporate University and used in the field to train Field Application Engineers  (FAEs). The training module’s achievement allowed a technical subject matter to reach more FAEs on the field, with on-demand delivery. The cost impact was relieving highly paid and resource valuable experts to remain at core jobs, while allowing their technical expertise to assist in the sale and design-in of new  products.

Automotive Technical Product Training
